Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 business hours. Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will begin processing the following business day.

Carrier Partners: We ship via UPS, FedEx, and D&H Dispatch.

Freight & LTL: For high-volume orders, we utilize Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipping. Please ensure your delivery location has a loading dock or forklift. If a liftgate is required, additional fees may apply.

Tracking: Once your order leaves our facility, a tracking number or Bill of Lading (BOL) will be emailed to your registered business email.


Returns & Claims

1. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspection Period: You must inspect all shipments upon arrival. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.

2. Return Authorization (RMA)

  • Returns are accepted 14 days from receiving delivery 

  • All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back without an RMA will be refused at the dock.

3. Restocking Fees

  • Authorized returns for non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return freight costs.
