Accounts and Shipping
To access our wholesale pricing and catalog, you must create an account and submit a validResale Certificate or Business License. Once our team verifies your credentials (usually within 24 business hours), your account will be activated for purchasing.
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. For international inquiries outside of North America, please contact our logistics team to discuss freight forwarding options.
Yes. If you have a preferred carrier or a corporate account with a specific logistics firm, please select "Customer Pickup" at checkout and provide your BOL (Bill of Lading) to our warehouse team.
Payments and Taxes
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), wire transfers, and ACH payments. For established partners with a consistent ordering history, we offer Net-30 Terms (subject to credit approval).
If you have not uploaded a valid Tax Exemption Certificate for your province , our system is legally required to collect sales tax. Once your certificate is on file and verified, all future orders will be tax-exempt.
Returns and Inventory
Our inventory is updated in real-time. We receive new shipments daily.
We accept returns within 14 business days of delivery. Please contact the sales team to get a RMA
