Terms and Conditions: Surge Wholesale - Hikvision ColorVu Kit + Free Junction Boxes Promotion
1. Eligibility:
- This promotion is available to customers who purchase a Hikvision ColorVu kit directly from Surge Wholesale’s website or in-store in Canada and use the promo code FREEMOUNT at checkout for online orders during the promotional period.
- Offer is valid only for purchases made through Surge Wholesale’s official website or at Surge Wholesale’s physical store locations.
2. Offer Details:
- With every purchase of a Hikvision ColorVu kit, customers will receive two free junction boxes.
- The free junction boxes are provided at no additional cost and are included in the promotion only with the purchase of the Hikvision ColorVu kit.
- Limit of 8 junction boxes per customer – if a customer purchases more than 4 kits, the maximum number of free junction boxes they can receive is 8.
-Customers will receive 2 PFA136 Junction Boxes with the purchase of a kit
3. Promotional Period:
- The promotion begins on March 19, 2025, and ends on March 25, 2025, unless extended by Surge Wholesale at its discretion.
- Offer is available while stocks last.
4. How to Claim:
- Online Purchases: To claim the free junction boxes, customers must purchase a Hikvision ColorVu kit on Surge Wholesale’s website and use the promo code FREEMOUNT at checkout.
- In-Store Purchases: Customers making purchases in-store must mention the promotion to the store associate, who will automatically apply the offer, and the free junction boxes will be included with the purchase.
- In both cases, the free junction boxes will be included with the Hikvision ColorVu kit as part of the offer.
5. Eligibility to Receive Free Junction Boxes:
- Customers will receive two free junction boxes for each Hikvision ColorVu kit purchased, either online (using the promo code FREEMOUNT) or in-store.
- Limit of 8 free junction boxes per customer: Customers who purchase 4 or more Hikvision ColorVu kits can receive up to 8 free junction boxes, regardless of the number of kits purchased beyond 4.
- No substitution or exchange of the free junction boxes for other products is allowed.
6. Exclusions:
- This promotion does not apply to prior purchases, discounted sales, clearance sales, or bulk orders.
- Offer is valid only for customers within Canada who purchase directly from Surge Wholesale’s official website or in-store locations.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated by Surge Wholesale.
7. Returns:
- If the Hikvision ColorVu kit is returned, the free junction boxes must also be returned. If the junction boxes are not returned, Surge Wholesale reserves the right to charge for their full value.
- Returns are subject to Surge Wholesale’s standard return policy, which can be found on the Surge Wholesale website or in-store.
8. Availability:
- The promotion is subject to product availability and may end early if stocks are depleted.
- Surge Wholesale reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion at any time without notice, based on stock levels or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Modifications and Cancellations:
- Surge Wholesale reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
- Any changes or cancellations will be communicated through official channels, including Surge Wholesale’s website and customer service.
10. General Terms:
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated by Surge Wholesale.
- By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these terms and conditions and accept Surge Wholesale's decisions, which are final in all matters related to the promotion.
11. Liability:
- Surge Wholesale is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses arising from this promotion, including any issues with delivery, product defects, or customer dissatisfaction.
- Surge Wholesale is also not responsible for any delays or damages incurred during shipping or in-store transactions.
